TRX

We use specialized TRX® suspension trainers to gain strength all over by utilizing your own body weight to simultaneously develop balance, flexibility and core stability.  TRX® is attached to an anchor point and by changing the angle of the body this creates different exercises with more or less body weight which in turn can intensify and/or modify a specific exercise.




Kids Classes

Kids can be pretty active. So if you're looking for a way to channel that energy or spark an interest in a new activity, try our kid's fitness classes.

Jump Start Program

Jump Start Program meets once a week and is for boys and girls from ages 6-10. Our program is designed to help children develop active, positive lifestyles. We blend knowledge and activity to show children that exercise is important to their well-being and increase the likelihood that physical activity will become a permanent part of their daily lives. This program is great for all skill levels and focuses on learning proper running technique, enhanced hand eye coordination, body weight strengthening and improving motor skills such as jumping, balance, catching & throwing, kicking as well as riding a bicycle. This program is available for an hour on Friday.

Power Play Program

Power Play Program is for children in 6th through 8th grade. Kids just want to have fun and it is possible to show them how to enjoy exercise while improving their health & fitness. This program is designed to help kids create life-long healthy habits, build their self-confidence and encourage a healthy body image. Our classes include the fundamentals of fitness as well as the following components:

  • Agility, flexibility, balance, mental toughness, coordination & strength training drills
  • Familiarization to the basic components of fitness: cardiovascular, endurance & strength
  • Motor skills development & enhancement
  • Sports skills & drills
  • Fitness games

Classes are currently offered on Tuesday and Thursdays at 4:15pm and run for an hour.
